AFMC Entrance Examination-2009.

- Application form and prospectus for MBBS Course commencing from 01 Aug 2009 can be obtained from selected General post offices / Head Post offices of major cities all over the country from 22 Dec2008 to 28 Jan 2009.

- Written Examination will be conducted on 03 May 2009. Total 130 candidates (including a maximum of 25 girls) will be selected for course.

- Candidates are advised to refer prospectus and advertisement published in Employment News / Rozgar samachar & leading newspapers during month of December 2008 for terms and conditions.

- Online filling up of admission forms for the year 2009 has closed.

Inclusion of CBSE and ICSE Syllabus in EAMCET-2009.

This year inclusion of CBSE and ICSE syllabus, which is already incorporated in the Intermediate syllabus, is likely to make a bit easy for students from other syllabi to compete with local students of state syllabus.
There are no major changes in the syllabus, except inclusion of some topics from CBSE and ICSE.
Intermediate I year syllabus was changed in the year 2007-08, and second year syllabus in 2008-09.With an objective to prepare students to take all India tests like IIT-JEE and AIEEE.
This time, those students who passed Intermediate or equivalent exams before 2009 and re-appearing for EAMCET will necessarily have to submit their marks-sheets authenticated by gazetted officer.

The state council of higher education, announced the dates of various ENTRANCE examinations for the admissions in to Engineering,Pharmacy,Agriculture,Medicine(M.B.B.S), B.Ed;B.P.Ed,Polytechnics,3 and 5 year law courses.

• For the candidates who completed B.Sc (Mathematics) E-CET for lateral entry in to B.Tech will be conducted on 11,MAY 2009 SEPARATELY.
• The EAMCET result will be announced with in 21days from the date of EAMCET exam.

The Secretary B.I.E Nampally,Hyderabad, through a press release on 28-11-2008 issued the revised Time-table for the I and II year of INTERMEDIATE PUBLIC EXAMINATIONS (Theory), March 2009.
For M.P.C and Bi.P.C groups I year exams will commence on 04-03-2009 and will be completed on 18-03-2009. For II year students the exams will commence on 05-03-2009 and will be completed on 19-03-2009.
